Janie Warner, Profile
Janie has nearly 30 years of experience in executive management and human resources, six as a vice president at Arkansas Federal Credit Union and three as chief administration officer for ABC Financial Services, Inc. She served on the adjunct faculty of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, teaching human resources management, organizational development and labor relations. She is a nationally recognized speaker in the areas of volunteer board governance, executive management, leadership, ethics and human resources.
Janie currently serves as Senior Consultant and Client Resource Team Leader for Client Relations at Regions Insurance Group, Incorporated of Birmingham, Alabama.
Janie earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri, and a master’s degree in human resource management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. She is also a PPACA certified professional.
Laura Caton, Profile
Laura is a Partner, and Senior Consultant of The Cornerstone Group, a management consultancy focused on helping leaders and businesses improve performance since 1997. Working with clients on a retainer basis, Cornerstone provides assessments, workforce analytics, training and high-touch consulting aimed at helping leaders find, keep and grow their people. Cornerstone is a Certified Partner of the Predictive Index® global network. Laura brings more than a decade of experience consulting, speaking and training on the use of behavioral science to improve talent acquisition, talent development, change management and growth strategy. Laura’s clients include large companies like TripAdvisor’s sales division (globally); VelcroUSA; EF Educational Tours; Burton Snowboards; ’47 Brand; and multiple Massage Envy franchises; as well as smaller, locally-owned businesses across a variety of industries. Laura coaches leaders on how to bring more of who they are to what they do and is passionate about helping organizations make the most of their most significant competitive advantage–their people. She is passionate about providing high-touch, engaged consulting work to each of her clients. Laura lives on Cape Cod, where she fishes and hikes (when the weather cooperates) and has two college-aged kids that keep her busy.
